Continuing Open Communication with Customers In an effort to better understand the needs of our customers and develop solutions to meet those needs, BuildLinks founded several Builder Advisory Councils and User's Groups. Through these groups, BuildLinks facilitates conversations focused on helping builders share best practices and other ideas to optimize operational efficiencies. In addition, we learn how to best understand customer pain points, uncovering areas future research and product development. The BuildLinks Builder Advisory Councils are comprised of builders of various types and sizes who meet quarterly to discuss issues affecting the building industry - from government regulations to best practices. The BuildLinks User's Group meets throughout the year and is comprised of hands-on BuildLinks users. The User's Group mission is to share experiences and best practices and to continue a dialogue with the BuildLinks senior staff regarding the operational aspects of the product.
